Shorts dominate the average daily volumes on the nasdaq , so the way I see it, is the shorts dictate to the nasdaq and the nasdaq dictates to us, so who are we kidding thinking we have a say or influence in which way it goes, because we don't . We like to think we do, wish that we do , but we don't.
