SGB is no doubt a very well run bank and should post an excellent full year result but the market has already factored this result in and pushed it up way too hard in recent months.
The near term may be a concern with the deteriorating housing market (especially in NSW which is its main market) and increasing competition. If interest rates look like rising, it may get hit pretty hard.
Probably more downside than upside in the short to medium term.
