Can we do anything other than cop it sweet?

Directors have minimal if any personal exposure. Conflicts of interest are quite apparent.

Is there any avenue for redress under the corporations law if they act against unitholders?

Market cap is now about $450 million. Are there any other unitholders / hot copper mebers who will vote against further placements?

Are any other hotcopper members calling ING to express their frustrations and concern.

Personally I am not as concerned about the fall in unit price as this is recoverable if the manager acts in the broad untholders interst. And if they were to do so I would buy a lot more but if I am just a sheep to the slaughter I may as well sell.
