I am not so sure Andrew...firstly stage two will be complete in July and syn rutile production will start.

The program will run until Sept as stated and this will generate enough qty for marketing and samples to other companies WORLDWIDE!

HOWEVER.. in July as stated they will be producing syn rutile.

So BHP will be there for the first batch and within half an hour they will have looked at it under the microscope, within a day done other chemical tests and will know exactly what APG can produce within a few days.

So...when do negotiations start ?

Will BHP wait until APG shows every man and his dog its product?

Then there may be other news and I am quite sure there will be!
