think BHP's actions to date would indicate a friendly take over and as u suggest that would require a reccomendation from M.T. who has already stated he wouldn't reccomend anything under a $1/ share.
BHPwould be well aware of the dangers of a hostile takeover signalling to all and sundry their intentions
maybe having to buy from market --wait for others to do due diligence etc etc. would anyone on here reject it if M.T.reccomended it comments welcome.
700 odd million for Apg would be a huge bargain considering what B.H.P.can get from the technologies.

my opinion it will come out of the blue short time frame to accept to keep others out and its game set and match
