May I remind people of the Basin Mineral takeover by Iluka and the attempted Bemax takeover by Iluka.
With Bemax Iluka held ZERO and made an offer. Unfortunately
Rivkin and his boys managed to push the sp well above the offer and after 3 months Iluka withdrew.
Then The Directors of Basin met with Iluka at a titanium conference and agreed on a price. Again Iliuka had zip but the offer was good enough to get the lot!
Current holding is irrelevant!
