    Wow - now that's an offer.

    This is way better than I expected and demonstrates the importance of TUC's mineralisation type.

    VWAP lately would be about 6.5c but Shandong are willing to pay 10c just to get in.

    $19 million for half the company values TUC at $38 million with 148 million shares works out to 26c per share!
