Umm if I remember correctly in his other report. He said he will pay the HW debt when it is payable. They went to court so they didnt have to pay it earlier which was julyish. Then they said they def pay it by 30th Sept and now its 31 December with a loan worked over 500 times. FACT, they dont have money to pay right now, only thing that will turn out ok is if the money from the two shipments will pay the HW loan. Either way, this 150 mill owed to them is a positive bcos if the company cant pay them the 150mil, they can take all their assets which would be worth the debt owed to them so its ok. All ADY needs to do is get past this going concern crap they got themselves in and 09 should be an ok year. Otherwise lets protest like taxi drivers...
