    I do not know the reasons but CEO chnage migth cause reshuffle in BOD. It does not have to be a bad thing as long as continuity is preserved and new direction is given to company. I would like to see a statement from new CEO clearly stating his vision and plan how he is going to get there. It would reassure existing shareholders.
