I make it 342,413,432.50 in a quick calculation. Divide that by 139,000,000 shares = $2.46 a share, which again is in accord with the various valuations.
That is, as Prem123 says, completely ignoring all other assets.
Perhaps this may go some way to explaining why Laurence Freedman decided to get involved.
