my own opinion is that any monopoloy is dangerous (not that 1% of anything is a monopoly) but...
in this case,i guess, there is sooooo much 'unable to be sold' property out there that even banks could not deny this to be the only way EVER to get their money for the loans that built those, back !
so they approved it (the bussines model, that is) !
shareholders get to pay back those back...and quickly !
but but but ... how do flippers make their money on this ?this...
