    Would be the same, if the returns or market is strong and the share price rises you flip, your commisions will be much lower than real estate and no stamp duty so you are 5%+ ahead already.

    Not sure you understand tha business mosel, its basically just a rental management business.
    ie LJ hooker or Ray White manages rental properties and charges 10-15% for example.
    RTI is just doing the same but on a massive scale...I would have thought being a monopoloy would have made things even better for them??

    You arent buying into a company that is involved with loans or finance, all they do is manage the property and take a clip off the rent.

    Not exciting but a safe business model with a very good return...my guess is will see 12% returns every year
