    funny about the estimated returns....
    the average property management fees are around 5%
    you are kidding yourselves if you think investors are going to pay above average prices....
    it may appear to be easy money, when there are good tenants involved...
    but not if you get bogan tenants, it can be very time consuming for the agents, to keep chasing them for the rent, and all the related nuisance issues that crop up with difficult tenants

    I bet you never see returns of 5%, let alone 12%

    only the directors, and ceo will pay themselves massive salaries, and you will get very little

    I dont understand, why most want to pay another to look after their money, and risk the lot
