It is better for us if these do not get dumped, because even if 30% of soph's do dump them, then that is about 15,000,000 shares sold off in a short period of time. This is very high volume for this stock for the past 6 months. The highest volume for WPI since 05-01-15 is on the 20-10-15 for just under 10,000,000 shares.

However, if the placement is held and not sold off, as I think has been the case with other Walker shells (forrestfield, Gladiator 2 or others would know better than me) then the volume in selling will not be a problem and instead the placement may place us in a stronger position to add value to WPI.

If we look at the history of credit railings in Matt walker shells they always go to safe hands. I'm not worried about any dumps happening here
