The 2009 ann report had the details on the con note that torente was after i posted the details of the note. The elephant in the room that no one wants to answer is how this note is going to get paid ?? So Nidos plan is for Galoc which is declining to pay for Admin,exploration as well as debt repayment i think the saying yeah right is on the mark. No one has answered the obvious how is everything going to get paid for ???
