if they go through with the purchase of Barry Brothers this will nearly double their ebitda next year without doing any extra business next year,
the forward pe is going to be mighty small,
wonder what will happen when they make or beat targets for this financial year, while at the same time providing an upbeat forecast going forward.
They plan to pay for this purchase with bank debt, that in itself tell you that they think that the sp is to low, it would be easy to go and do a placement, but they want to protect the eps.
This stock is suffering from a lack of interest in the small cap sector, but that will change with time, and people will look back at the sp and kick themselves for not buying at these prices,
if pengana thought it was good value at above 2.00 then it must be a steal now.
