re: better value/ slow ride??? ABN have not stated they will not pay more than 43.5cents. The rules of the buy back state they can not pay more than 5% of market price. I am not sure what the market price is taken as ie. previous day close or open etc? But you can clearly see from the two buy back notices the 5% rule applied for both 38.5cents which meant they could not pay more than 40.4c and 40c which meant they could not pay more than 43.5c. This must be in place to stop the buy back forcing the price up too much??
