Wayne has always been staunch in his defence of the company's cash, his defence of the shareholders via the SP, so if I have to trust someone it's WM, If the issue is done at around $4 the initial reaction may not be so favourable, however the long term outcome will be
excellent and very cruisy with a BIG question mark removed.
Confident that the issue will be upwards of $4.40.
