All just bear in mind that DKR moved the stock from the Conv. fund into the equity fund.
The equity fund is now sitting on a loss.
So just think about the fact that when TZ doesn't finds a solution for the DKR shares it makes NO sense at all to bring out the big news flow.
My guess?
DKR is more than willing to sell the shares. TZ or CS will find a way to get the shares and as soon as DKR is shareless TZ will start the news fow and reward the new owner of the DKR shares........
News frow will lift the SP to more attractive levels and closer to IPO listing price.
Now all of this will take some time and will/might not be done before the end of the quarter I think.
Anybody wants to bet on this scenario?
