why would you buy shares in UNS if you feel mislead my management with their false reports, false promises and false analyst reports which you have claimed.

so tell us oh wise one WHY DID YOU BUY MORE SHARES this week. there must be something good there.

also i find downramping a stock to buy more shares cheaply completely immoral with no regard to other shareholders.
