Morgans is selling 10 million shares in NEXTDC on behalf of technology entrepreneur Bevan Slattery.
The broker is offering the shares at $1.95 each, a 6.7 per cent discount to the last close. It’s understood Slattery will own less than 5 per cent of NEXTDC after the sale.
Slattery made his fortune by selling fibre-optic network business Pipe Networks to TPG Telecom for $373 million in 2010. Shares in NEXTDC, an ASX-listed data centre operator working in cloud computing, have fallen almost 4 per cent this year.
