It will open strongly and the shorter will get ridiculously squeezed. The discount was to make sure there is a large retail component (which don't lend stock for shorting) and good, solid long term instos. I preferred to hold half my stock for the squeeze, but ultimately the real squeeze won't happen until the overhang is gone.
Sacrificed my rook. Now to over to the shorter. Check.
