Cory.. There’s a wealth of information if you have a look through all the posts. Personally I think IHR has an exciting future regardless of weather or not Bevan increases his shareholding. He’s already invested.
There are arguments both ways.. With SAAS companies a large capital injection can be detrimental to the to growth of the businesses. These companies scale because they have a very complicated and extremely precise sales, marketing and finance engine. Often too much capital allows SAAS business to (growth hack) and as a result only achieve short term gain and screw their metrics up.
If they are going to become a unicorn then they have to get their metrics precise in the early stages of the business. I have no doubt they are continuing to fine tune their model especially considering their significant growth in International markets.
Im not concerned either way Bevan is in this for the long term and we have an impressive board.
I have a rule and I don’t recommend stocks. Unfortunately you will have to do you own DD.
