That's not correct !!
This granting of the expansion, emphasis's the fact that both federal & State Government are standing firmly behind Heathgate Resources, in granting an extension of the B4 operations.

As previously stated "Application for Mining Lease for the Quasar-Alliance Joint Venture, Four Mile Project has been lodged & is currently awaiting decision. And as I believe is the case, the B4 extension incorporates the Four Mile Project within the expansion, so therefore its a foregone conclusion that the Mine Lease Permit for the Four Mile Project, will be granted very soon.

Its a case of the chicken, before the egg scenario :)
