Bevter, old, new, or in-between posters what does it matter? Can you help shed any legal/corporate light on what is range's position if their original contract with the Puntland government has lapsed, especially in light of Range posting on their website about ongoing negotiations about off-shore negotiations. If their contract has expired how can they do that? Happy to hear either way.
