    We've thought PSA was back on it's feet so many times, this might be the real thing, or...
    1) Someone window dressing a multi-million holding for performance fees etc
    2) Someone speculating that others will be prepared to buy now tax selling finished.

    Logic tells me to buy, but my habit of repeatedly miscalling the bottom on PSA makes me far too wary.
