I'm kind of green on property, maybe you guys can help shed some light on this one - Would you prefer to buy 2 cheap and nasty houses, 1 good house or just sit back for a few months to see if the current trend starts turnng. I have to buy or rent by the 30th of June and I'm not sure what to do
