    I'm after a family home but would be happy go cheap if that coupled with an IP landed me in a better position a few years from now. I'm just wondering if I buy a reasonable place in mt Eliza now I won't have anything left to invest but if that area takes off I might be priced out of it if I go the other way. Why do think it's undervaled at the moment, if you don't mind me asking?
