You get alot bang for your buck in mt Eliza. For 750k you get zero in Melbourne ie within 10kms OF CBD. In Mt Eliza you get a great home with bay views which you can possibly leverage against if it increases in value. Once the eastlink continues through from Frankson to say Rosebud, well then it brings Mt Eliza a little bit closer to Melboourne.
