You both seem to know the peninsula well. Would you mind me asking where you would buy if were after a decent family home within a comfortable 15 min drive of Mornington? I spent the day driving around Mt Eliza and saw what I thought was some good value but not totally sold on the area. Im not afraid to do a bit of work to the right place either. Any feedback would be greatly appricated.
