like it or not most people are involved in real estate either as owners or renters---at this point in time we have a tight market and increasing population hence demand is there and with tight supply there is upward pressure on prices--it will take a coordinated response at various levels of government to ease upward pressure and high interest rates damaging investment is not the answer.nor is removing negative gearing
