Before the buyout is finished investors should know how Neogames got to where it is. It started with scratch cards. One of its earliest people was Adrian Bailey. He is the brother of convicted drug dealer Hayden Bailey who spent time in South African prisons in the late 1990s. Scratch cards were not a big money spinner but laundering drug money was. Adrian Bailey came on as managing director and generated a lot of money from this. Enough to fund the company into something big. Adrian left and worked at some other more reputable casinos but when he had to work on an even playing field he could not survive and didn't keep any job for long. In 2013 he cofounded Pariplay. This gave him access to a lot of peoples personal details. At the same time his close friend Dov Diamond was the affiliate director at Spot Option. If you haven't heard of this company look it up. It was one of the biggest financial fraud cases in history. They targeted people who liked to take risk and gamblers were amazing for this. Pariplay then grew itself into a big company selling gamblers details to Spot Option. Illegitimate gambling companies have hidden themselves for a long time through layers of secret companies in tax havens. Authorities in countries where victims were have persevered in tracking things down. For some reason the US has looked the other way with a lot of them but European countries are closing in. When they are brought down it will be the companies taking the hit and maybe not the individuals who ran them. When they close in on this one the shareholders will face a big loss.
