Will be interesting to see just how this court case progresses - Patrick Muntz was with Heathgate, so he would be very familiar with Blue's modus operandi and tenacity.
This would have been taken into account before starting legal action, surely....
But, one can only surmise that AGS either have rock solid legal standing, or that they will lose out after being worn down by Blue and the lawyers. The lawyers will have a picnic, of course.
Wonder what Gandel is thinking? I haven't seen any change of director's shares notices that he is selling any of his holdings, so hopefully he is keeping the faith and hanging in there.
The share price drop is a worry, when set against the background of a spiteful legal action.
