Heaps of malabsoprtion conditions that can cause your fatty stools, if they are floating.. Giardia is a common cause especially if you have had contact with animals roughly a week ago such as sheep? This is a flagella infestation and there is effective treatment.
End of day need to see the GP and get a stool test :(
