Good question CB. While the share price continues to be this low, dilution is a real threat. However as nobody expects these levels to last for long, the threat of dilutiuon will be whittled away as the share price climbs to realistic levels. I expect similiar offers next year will be raising in the order of $12 million for the same number of shares.
