On the Ox, ZFX could do a straightforward scrip bid-a number of synergies between the two.
If O/S, reckon it has to be cash or mostly cash as the loyal troop of OX holders would be hard to budge otherwise.
Not much in the way of hedging by the big players on the copper front, so the clean OX balance sheet would not make much difference in that regard.
As to you in Africa, good luck. Joeburg is a basket case, Botswana OK, Morocco terrific(as is the golf-if you get a chance, play the Kings Course near Rabat), Egypt has plusses and minuses, Tanzania OK, Libya on the improve along with Tunisia etc. The rest is hard work. Hope you finish up in a good one! I will stick to Europe,Asia, and OZ.
