Basically, if Shareholders take up the full $750k allotment... then Pump the price up.
If very few take up the SPP and Patersons will have the Underwritten allocation... then push the price down.
That is the beauty of this CR... they have the power to manipulate it in both directions to best suit them!
You are basically paying $15k for the right to purchase shares at a 20% discount at whatever price they are in 1 months time...
Yet the only guarantee you have is that you cannot get them for less than 0.4c, but it says nothing about the maximum price!
