Personally I think the wording of the SPP is just too different than normal ones for there NOT to be something happening.
Additionally, there are no Options or similar attached to the deal, so again it does not feel like they are looking to give anyone freebies.

There were a few comments about rewarding Shareholders... but from my experience, that has never been on the agenda here, so why start now... especially when they have the Majority holdings.

It is not like these guys are a cashstrapped explorer gambling on their last drilling to hit the bonanza... these guys have proven reserves and are actually mining.
Furthermore, with the expected increase in productivity looking to happen, and the high interest in Gold Stocks, I doubt they would have had any problems getting Sophs in at 0.6c.

I could very well be wrong, but I topped up at 0.6c today.
