Simple reason - we are waiting for news on the CPT code. It could have arrived yesterday at the earliest but in any case should be expected this week. When there is uncertainty in the air the SP usually falls.
Nothing has happened regards the underlying value of the company and I expect the sellers are not the long term holders.
