I urge everyone to read the Cleansing Prospectus and my post under it. The heading is very misleading - makes it sound like the typical cleaning up of insignificant small parcels of shares, but as I see it, it is actually going to release a huge number of CLEAT (CLE unlisted options exercisable at 3.2c) onto the market - 337 million of them actually at a time when our heads number 1080 million. That's a quantity of 31% of heads. Can only lead to downward pressure on share price imo. And the offer generates $35 but will cost $42,922 ... so we shareholders will have to pay $42,887 for the right for ppl who have basically free unlisted options to convert them to listed options and be able to sell them at a premium without having to find any funds to exercise them ... this is just a money grab for people who want some liquid funds imo.
