    It's just red tape loophole to convert unlisted options to listed options. They will only pay $35. Company will pay over $42k for the prospectus. Once done, all the holders of CLEAT will be able to trade /flip on market, but as they have long time to expiry, they will get a premium on top.
    Current holders of CLEAT are only management, directors, RM cap and their clients - we normal and longterm shareholders never got a look in.
