The way I see it, is that IMHO it will most probably become a repetition of what happened to CVI.

And, I do not like the idea one little bit, when Phil Thomas's name is mentioned. He has already left a very sour taste in our mouth, and IMHO he should be barred from having anything to do with any Companies whatsoever.

A good jail term would be ideal, but under the Australian Laws, it would be nearly impossible to achieve.

How he can sleep at night, while he knows that what he did is unethical and robbing his shareholders, is totally beyond comprehension.
