Bitzer I understand you man,I'm down myself I got in at $2.76 and my dividend plus franking is 11.64% yearly,still not too bad,but I was talking about someone getting in at today's price of $2.11, which to me is a pretty good return on investment.Over-all I think retail will bounce back in time,how long no-one knows.
