In ignorance (mine) - if I had been offered a chip in at 8.7, I would not have taken it anyway as I took it at 8c in Nov. As to dilution, when and if the extra capital raised starts generating potential or real income/value, who will complain then? As to "consolidation" being a negative, what difference does it really make assuming it is a level playing field for all stock holders.
BTW, on the light side, some of the foregoing comments really needed a dictionary/wiki/spellcheck!
