I have not posted for a while, but dissembling posts by the false prophet require a response. In this post I will explain why the Veyonda protocol was changed; and in future posts I will comment on other matters that should be of interest to NOX shareholders.
The original protocol for DARRT-1 was so strict that over an extended period, only nine patients met the criteria. Treating oncologists said that one measurable lesion (rather than two) would be sufficient to achieve the study aim and would greatly increase the patient pool. The change was published once HREC approval had been obtained, so recruitment should quickly accelerate.
I understand that Ian Minns left on good terms, but wanted to resume work closer to his circle of close friends.
Incidentally, if the single measurable tumour is irradiated it is still possible to tell whether an abscopal response has been achieved by using bone scans, 68-gallium-PSMA-617 PET scans, or even PSA levels.
