sunny, I doubt a significant portion will be waiting until after lockdown. That was the complaint when they announced it, "why are we giving them so much money if we want them to stay home". We don't think the partying won't be going on behind closed doors? Didn't Gladys Berejiklian say they had reports of "600 parties on the weekend of 21-22 March and 900 parties last weekend" which possibly contravened the social distancing rules.
