There are always optimists ans pessimists. For those that are the pessimist, beleiving that October will bring doom and gloom-they are the very people that will probably cause a market downturn (selling on their own negative sentiment), and the October downturn will become a self-fulfilling prophecy. On the other hand there are the optomists and I for one hope they are in greater numbers and win out!!
