Restrictions in the BOPD from the Growler Field, pump problems with snatcher field because of VPE's management at that time. I could go on. For my money VPE will fold and take the money but still retain the 60% of the field. BPT will make them a more honest player imo. Time will tell if I am correct. BPT gets my money for the long term share appreciation. 247
