While you're in the Pilbara region.. Do you mind trying to look over PLS's fence to see how they're progressing?
On topic - I wholeheartedly agree with you here. Perspective is a marvelous thing. A lot of people on this forum would benefit from putting themselves into the shoes of those in the Middle East and other nations that have suffered from War and natural disasters over the past few years. As you've so eloquently put, they're not interested in a 2 storey , 4 bed x 2.5 bath house.. Just a roof over their heads with basic necessities.
My assumption is that everyone (from Governments to corporations) are waiting for FBR to derisk the Hadrian X (10 builds for commercial profit that comply with building codes/standards and guarantee 7+ years of structural integrity) before jumping on board.
Time will tell.
