Correct. Mike and Mark haven't sold anything.
The point is that of the three Non Exec Directors none of them have purchased any shares. Says to me that their visibility into the FBRs plans and personal relationships with FBR management doesn't give them any confidence in the short or medium term share price.
I could be wrong. Have been before.. but that is how I see it.
They still might be confident in FBRs future.
But the share price....not so much.
